Years of bouncing from one foster care home to another have left 17-year-old Mason Jones feeling unwanted and unloved. After moving in with the Lewis family, who is determined to keep Mason around despite the initial protest of their son, Mason begins attending a court mandated support group. There, with the help of the Lacey, he learns humility, respect, and fresh starts.
